70th Anniversary
Magic Kingdom
February 11, 2020 – March 3, 2020
Enjoy early magic hours and celebrate Cinderella’s 70th anniversary at Magic Kingdom.

Walt Disney’s production of the fairy tale classic by Charles Perrault, Cinderella was released March 4, 1950.
Disney took a gamble on the beloved classic Cinderella during the World War II years, but the public fell in love with the bewildered princess.
Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo was nominated for an Oscar.

After her father dies, the young girl is at the mercy of her stepmother and jealous stepsisters. The beautifully natured Cinderella is forced into slavery but with the help of her animal friends and fairy godmother she wins the heart of Prince Charming and lives happily ever after.
Perhaps Disney’s spin on the fairytale brought hope and servitude to the harsh times of World War II.
His success with Cinderella aided in the funding of an even bigger dream: Disneyland.
You can meet Cinderella herself and take a ride on the Prince Charming Carousel at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Don’t forget an enchanted breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table!
